Enabling Two-factor Authentication
  1. Access your profile page
  2. Scroll down to the section labeled “Two-factor Authentication”
  3. To enable 2FA 
    1. Use your Authentication app (e.g Google Authenticator) either to capture the QR code
    2. A new entry will be added to your list of apps 
    3. Enter the 6 digit code 
  4. Submit your 6 digit code to enable 2FA

Logging in to your profile after enabling Two-factor Authentication
  1. Access your website profile. 

  2. Enter the following:

    1. your email address and 

    2. password

    3. Click the “Login” button 

  3. You will get a form requesting your Two-factor authentication code 

    1. Open your Authentication app to collect the 6 digit authentication code

  4. Click the “Login” button 

What happens if I lose my phone or my

You can use the “Forgot Password” link on the Website or your Online Campus to reset your password which will in turn disable your 2FA. Once you have changed your password and you’re logged in, you can re-enable 2FA by accessing your profile page.

What if my authenticator app has issues?

You can disable the Two-factor authentication by resetting your password.

  1. Navigate to the website login page.

  2. Click the “Forgot Your Password” link 

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Access your inbox for the password reset email

  5. Follow the password reset link and enter your new password

  6. Once your password has been reset and you’re logged in, your Two-factor Authentication will be enabled. You can re-enable it by following the steps outlined above
