Modified on: 2018-11-12 17:45:09 +0200

Module RoundUp videos are shared on YouTube, it is important to ensure that these videos are shared in a way that restricts public access to them, and more importantly, sharing these videos as Unlisted will prevent having them appear in public searches for the University Partner.

Follow the steps below to successfully upload a video on YouTube as Unlisted

Step 1 -  Navigate to YouTube and sign in with a Google account

Step 2 - Click the video icon on the top right of the page

Step 3 - Click Upload video

Step 4 - Click the arrow on Youtube to choose your Module RoundUp video from your local machine

Step 5 - Once the Progress bar reaches the end and reads “Processing done”, select Unlisted from the dropdown menu so that the video can only be viewed by people with the link. Click Publish to complete the upload

Step 6 - Copy the link. Only people with access to this link will be able to view your Module Roundup video

Step 7 - Paste the link in your discussion forum post on the Online Campus by using the hyperlink icon found in the Use/Hide advanced editor toolbar. After clicking Create Link from the hyperlink widget, click Submit to share your post.
