Please Note: Adobe Connect is NOT mobile compatible, so if you use a tablet or phone to connect to your Live Tutorial, you will experience issues such as losing sound, not being able to mute your microphone, you will lose connectivity and possibly not even be able to connect at all.

  • 1.4GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 or faster processor (or equivalent) for Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1
  • Windows 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit)
  • 512MB of RAM (1GB recommended) for Windows 7 or Windows 8
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Adobe® Flash® Player 11.2 or higher

Internet connection


  • 512Kbps download speed
  • DSL/cable-wired connection (NOTE: A wireless internet connection may cause issues when in the live tutorial room and is therefore not recommended.)
 

Headsets or headphones and microphone


  • USB-based microphones and headsets work best
  • Built-in laptop microphones may be used
  • Desktop speakers should not be used, as sound can be fed back into your microphone, causing added noise that may interfere with the session
